## How scoring works

Each metric scores 100 for an exact forecast, falling in a straight line to 0 at the tolerance: 10% of actual revenue, 20% of actual diluted EPS (at least $0.05), and 5 points of margin. Forecasts lock when the first results filing for the quarter is accepted by EDGAR, and are scored from the 10-Q or 10-K as first reported. Rules: [/league-rules](/league-rules.md).
