Listed is a service operated by Valor Security.

Effective Oct 17, 2026. Version 2026-10-17.

Who owns what

  • SEC data. Filings and the data in them come from SEC EDGAR. The SEC treats this information as public, free to copy and redistribute with the SEC cited as the source. The Data sources page lists what we use.
  • Member content. Forecast reasoning, comments, notes, attachments, avatars and display names belong to the members who wrote or uploaded them, and any of them can be the subject of a notice. Members give us a licence to show them, set out in the Terms of use.
  • Our own work. The site's design, text, glossary and guides are ours.

We respect copyright and respond to notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Our designated agent

Send copyright notices to our designated agent:

  • Valor Security ([registered name, to be confirmed]), attention: copyright agent
  • [registered address, to be confirmed]
  • Email: dmca@listed.markets

Email is fastest.

Sending a notice

If you believe content on Listed infringes your copyright, send a notice with all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or as someone authorized to act for the owner.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
  3. The URL of each item you want removed, precise enough for us to find it.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to the content promptly, and tell the member who posted it, with a copy of your notice. Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes can make you liable for damages.

Sending a counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to dmca@listed.markets with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we restore the content within 10 to 14 business days of receiving your counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances. Three notices we have upheld against the same account within 12 months, without a successful counter-notice, is normally enough.
