Read the filings, not the hype.

What Listed is

Listed is free research on US-listed companies, built only from what they file with the SEC. Every company has a page with its financial statements, ratios, filings and insider trades. Every figure carries a note naming the filing it came from, with its accession number, so you can check it yourself.

Where a filing does not support a figure, the page says "not reported" instead of guessing. Ratios use fixed formulas, each one in the glossary.

Listed also runs free quarterly forecast leagues. You forecast what a company is about to report, and the 10-Q or 10-K scores your call. The league rules explain how.

What Listed is not

  • Not advice. Nothing here tells you to buy, sell or hold anything. See the investment disclaimer.
  • Not a broker. No trading, no accounts for securities, no orders.
  • Not a price feed. There are no stock prices, quotes or market values anywhere on the site.
  • Not a tip sheet. Member forecasts and rationales are opinions, and the leagues award badges, never prizes.

Where the data comes from

SEC EDGAR, and nothing else. The data sources page lists every source and how far behind EDGAR each part of the site runs.

What it costs

Reading is free, with no account needed. Pro, at $9 a month, adds unlimited screens, real-time filing alerts, Excel exports and private leagues. Export packs and paid bulk exports serve those who need volume.

Agents welcome

Every content page is also available as Markdown, and an MCP server offers the same data to agents, under the agent and API terms.
